The Position

We are looking for an experienced web developer who can help us to integrate the new designs and refurbishments of our website. Our graphic design team has been working on a new layout and the candidate should be able to integrate the new designs on WORDPRESS, find the necessary WIDGETS , and refine our ONLINE SUBMISSION PORTAL for applicants that want to submit their work online for our competitions.

The candidate must also be able to link online payment systems with booking portals for customers that would like to book for our art classes. The payment and booking navigation must be user friendly. Also, the candidate must be able to translate the desktop version for mobile and portable devices.

Key Requirements

  • Expert and fine WORDPRESS literacy
  • Immaculate precision and attention to detail (coding inaccuracies and compromises that disrupt online operations will not be accepted)
  • Time management. The candidate will be given specific deadlines for the various steps and actions required throughout period of our website refurbishment
  • Expert in dealing with different platforms such as desktop and mobile.
  • Experience with SEO
  • HTML 5
  • Plug-ins (e.g. e-commerce)

We have a large number of pages and services, therefore, we would need someone that can deal with a more complicated structure rather than simple websites like portfolio webs and similar. The developer will be provided with all the new layouts, measurements and booklets with all the relative information about colours, sizes, formats etc, to follow during the development of the website with our team.

Pay

The pay is £20 per hour. Hours may vary every week depending on the amount of work that needs to be done and is usually arranged prior to the beginning of any project.

London  Architecture Teacher Job
The Position

We are currently looking for a part time Architecture teacher that will be part of our portfolio preparation team. We provide classes where we help students to prepare portfolios for their university application and the Architecture teacher will provide support for architecture and interior design perspective students. Therefore, the candidate should have experience teaching students and provide excellent guidance as part of our 1-1, individual tuition.

  • We are looking for a passionate teacher that will provide excellent guidelines in developing architectural projects.
  • The teacher must posses patience and willingness to deal with students who would like private tuition.
  • The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in architecture and interior design and a strong portfolio.

Pay

  • The pay rate is of £15 per hour.

Hours vary according to the number of students that need to be overseen and are quite flexible. As the course provides mostly 1-1 individual tuition, the timetable is usually agreed in advance with each student (so to fit both the tutor's and the student's personal timetable). Hours start from 2 per day (per student) to a maximum of 6 during busy periods.

We are looking for a freelance videographer to join our team. Moreover, the candidate would have knowledge and experience in the following fields:

  • Experienced with video-editing software
  • Experience in taking photos and video which would then be edited for video content

Therefore, the candidate will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment. Multitasking is also a requirement as multiple projects may come all at once during certain periods of the year. Knowledge with image resizing and editing is a requirement as content will need to be adapted to different online and print platforms.
