It all started in 1973, when Bogumil Bytomski opened his first goldsmithing workshop in Warsaw, Poland. Since then he has created exceptional jewellery, every day with the same passion.
The new chapter of this over 40-year long story started a few years ago when Bogumil’s daughters joined him in the workshop. Julia, the recognised graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz, became the new creative power at the goldsmithing bench. In 2013, with the help of Zuza, the new concept for the family business was born - bytomski/bytomska jewellery brand.
"We design and produce handmade silver and gold jewellery in our family workshop based in Warsaw, Poland. We always try to be ourselves and follow our own taste. Our core values are freedom and independence. We choose our own ways, we trust our instincts and own abilities. We live and work close to nature. It is our most important and permanent inspiration, our source of energy and place to relax. Unconventional, sculptural forms, inspired by irregular shapes and textures of nature’s world stimulate the sense of touch, the imagination and is often playful. It gives a moment of pleasure, relaxes and simply provokes a smile. As in nature, each creation is unique and one of a kind.
