Gift Vouchers FAQ

It is a digital gift card, sent by email, that can be spent on anything we sell at Sunny Art Centre. The recipient receives a unique voucher code and a personal message from you, and applies the code at checkout. It is the ideal present for anyone who loves to draw, paint or create.

Vouchers are available in set amounts of £25, £50, £100, £250, £500 and £1,000. Choose the amount that suits your budget on the gift voucher page, add a message and check out — there is nothing else to set up.

Anything on our website. The balance can be used towards adult and children's art courses, private one-to-one tuition, workshops, life drawing sessions and art materials. There are no restrictions on which courses or products it applies to.

It is delivered by email as soon as your payment clears, so it arrives almost instantly. You can have it sent straight to the recipient's email address with your personal message, or sent to yourself to print out and give in person.

Add your chosen course or materials to the basket, then enter the voucher code in the “Gift card” box on the cart or checkout page and apply it. The voucher balance is deducted from your order total like cash.

Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, giving the recipient plenty of time to choose their course or materials and book when it suits them.

Yes. If the order costs less than the voucher, the remaining balance stays on the voucher for next time. You can keep using the same code until the balance runs out or the voucher expires.

No problem — apply the voucher and simply pay the difference using any of our normal payment methods, such as card. The voucher covers as much of the total as its balance allows.

Yes. When you buy the voucher you can add a personal message and the recipient's name, and these appear in the gift email they receive.

No VAT is added when you buy a gift voucher, so a £50 voucher costs exactly £50. VAT, where it applies, is accounted for later when the voucher is spent — exactly as it would be if the recipient paid with cash.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, but any unused balance remains available to spend until the voucher expires. If you have a question about a voucher, please contact the studio office and we will be glad to help.
